I am having problem to receive emails from different domains, Reading the postfix log I noticed the following:

NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from mail.diamondtrust.co.tz[41.221.53.90]: 450 4.7.1 <esa1.diamondtrust.co.tz>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<prvs=807f07e8f=test@diamondtrust.co.tz> to=<test@eatv.tv> proto=ESMTP helo=<esa1.diamondtrust.co.tz>

I have tried to add  'check_helo_access' right after 'permit_sasl_authenticated' in main.cf

and add /^esa1\.diamondtrust\.co\.tz$/OK in /etc/postfix/helo_access.pcre

I restarted postfix

and when I tested to send email it is not going through it just create active queue if i checked in maillog.

I have checked mailq and found this message

"host esa1.diamondtrust.co.tz refused to talk to me: 421 Server too busy, retry later (highwatermark reached)"

I ahjve changed the settings in main.cf and helo_access.pcre back to normal but when I send email outside it just keep them in queue.

I just upgraded to new iredmail version and new iredadmin-pro mysql version.

I created a new maillist.
The problem I got that when someone replys to the mail he replys to the whole list and not to sender only.

How can I change the reply to sender and not to list?

Issue
When I am trying to set forwarding of a user from Admin Pro panel from user's settings > forwarding, it is not saving given address and setting Enable mail forwarding check box. Upon saving it shows message as Profile updated success, however it is not saving in back end as well as it is not activating actual forwarding. I have attached "forwarding-screen.png" screenshot for review.

Require help to get this sorted.

After update from sogo_4.0.2.20180910-1_amd64 to sogo_4.0.2.20181004-1_amd64 all mails and folders from auxiliary IMAP accounts were unvisible.
After getting back to the former version everything is visible again.
After Server reboot it's the same again. I noticed, that the localdomain account - the domain of the logged in user - works. The IMAP's server name here is 127.0.0.1 which is, I suppose, the default. Adding an IMAP account from a remote server works too.
The local server is serving a couple of domains. Adding an account from one of the other local domains, I can't set the server's name to localhost nor to 127.0.0.1. When I use the IP address of the local server or the MX's DNS name, these accounts don't work as described above

Hi - we have very serious trouble - users can change password using icelandic characters (like Á, É, Í, Ó, Ö, Ú, Ý ), Roundcubemail authentification works fine afterwards, however setting up SMTP/IMAP - system would show password is invalid !

Can you pleas provide fast fix for this :
1. Either make those letters work everywhere
2. Or Enable non ascii check in roundcube mail  ?

I set up an mlmmj mailing list and added subscribers, leaving the "Send email to new members for subscription confirm" check box checked. I subscribed four addresses, two hosted on the same server (different domains) and two hosted on external servers. The subscription confirmation emails to the two external server were delivered, but the two (and a third I have since tried) to addresses hosted on the same server have bounced, even though I have double-checked and copied and pasted and successfully sent test messages to the addresses that bounced.

Here is the maillog for one of the addresses:

The "Received Mails" log in iRedAdmin-Pro also shows that the message was received. (See attachment.)

With reference to the maillog output, the mailing list is test20181007@example.COM and I have tried to subscribe craig@example.NET. Both domains are hosted on the same (iRedMail, of course) server. The maillog output says "status=bounced (user unknown)" for craig@example.NET. However, it absolutely *DOES* exist, as I've explained above, and does not bounce incoming messages from externally hosted domains or domains hosted on the same server.

I manage 2 domains: iccs.gr, its-hellas.gr
Both domains have several mail aliases.
I have a user: panagiotis@iccs.gr who is member in the mail alias: bod@its-hellas.gr

When i am in the profile page of the user panagiotis@iccs.gr i can only see the mail aliases of iccs.gr (and not the mail aliases of its-hellas.gr)

The problem is the following:
Whenever, i press save changes in the profile page of panagiotis@iccs.gr, he is removed from the email aliases of its-hellas.gr

So, it is either a bug that not all mail aliases appear under the user's profile page, or it is a bug that the user is removed from the other domain mail aliases.

I am using Linux ubuntu 16.0.4.
After running the tar command and went to in that folder.
I tried to run bash iRedMail.sh
Throws me error no such file or directory.
I used the ls command and checked there is no such file exists.

I have in my local infrastructure some applications who are not able to send mail in submission port with TLS auth.
I would like to add on Iredmail a new listening port with less authentication security level only from 1 or 2 inside ip address
For exemple : to be able to accept receive mail on port 2525 without authentication like port 25...

Which file should I modify /etc/postfix/main.cf ? or more and what should I add and where ?
Is there another solution with iredmail for local communication ?

I copy and paste at the end of /etc/postfix/main.cf the lines starting from 465

and I add also the line in iptables

I restart both services postfix and iptables but Iredmail is not listen on port 465 (Check in netstat) port is closed

When I sort the domains in the iredadmin pro interface, it sorts them right until the letter n (maybe o, p or q, but I don't have domains with this letter starting)

After the letter n, there are all relay domains listed correctly by alphabet, and after that the normal domains keep getting listed. Also the domains with alias and relay are sorted incorrect.

This is not high priority tho, would just be nice if it would work as it's supposed to do

We have just upgraded to the latest 3.1 version.

When using normal user account,  when adding email under "Forward mails to address", we encounter  "Internal Server Error".
However, when using Global admin, we do not have this issue. We checked that when the erros occurs, the email is not saved into the database.

Hi,

I am having a problem using the vacation setting for the users. When I go to settings -> vacation I get the error "An error occurred" Unable to connect to server and from the dovecot log I get the following:

Oct 23 14:57:56 managesieve-login: Error: /usr/local/libexec/dovecot/managesieve-login: Undefined symbol "login_ssl_initialized"
Oct 23 14:57:56 managesieve-login: Fatal: master: service(managesieve-login): child 48343 returned error 1

I'm curious about how the blacklist exactly works - if I put a domain in - say example.com. Does it compare that against the From header only? Or does it also compare against the Return-Path?

Hi,

After recently changing to Firefox browser (from Chrome) I now get the following error when trying to release / remove items from quarantine:

"Error: Security token did not match. Please refresh current page and re-perform form action. "

I then need to clear cookies and logout and log back into iRedadmin dashboard for delete / release action to work.

Please assist.

My Iredadmin Interface is failing to come up and getting the error below from ;

In the amavisd.msgrcpt     database i have 1105946
I have tried to delete records in DB those files above using the python script (cleanup_amavisd_db.py) but it taking a long time and the webinterface is still down.
